Job Description
Will be involved in DFT design closure. Will be involved in evaluation of future DFT technologies and also involve in DFT designclosure and support
Desired requirements
Experience in DFT planning and evaluation
Experience in BSCAN(JTAG), MBIST, SCAN,
RTL compiler, Encounter Test, Constraints development (SDC), ATPG (pattern generation & analysis), Scan Compression
Prior experience in DFT Design closure is Plus
Knowledge of Iddq and delay fault testing
Experience in writing scripts in perl/tcl; Knowledge of C++
Logic Design and verification experience in STA
Verification Knowledge is a Plus
